I designed this Hall table while attending TAFE for my certificate 4. The teacher asked us to design a hall table. The criteria was to have a reversible drawer(s) the drawers had to be curved, legs that have to be curved as well and a secret compartment on the carcase. This hall table is not finished i still have to get sepia mirrored glass with brass fittings to finish it off.
I decided to paint one side of the drawer because the wood veneer did not match both sides,
I thought it was a nice touch, it adds a wild side to this piece.
